Refund & Cancellation Policy

Life Success Foundation institutes a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Life Success Foundation expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations.
1. General Donation Policy
As a charitable non-profit organization, Life Success Foundation relies on the generosity of our donors to fund our various programs on the ground. Once a donation is received, it is allocated directly towards our active educational, nutritional, and livelihood initiatives. Therefore, Life Success Foundation generally does not provide refunds for any voluntary donations made.
2. Exceptions for Technical Errors
Life Success Foundation will examine each request for a refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund in the rare cases where a technical glitch has occurred. We may process a refund if:
- Your credit card, bank account, or UPI was mistakenly charged more than once for the same transaction.
- An amount was deducted from your account, but the donation failed to record in our system.
3. Requesting a Refund
If you believe an erroneous deduction has occurred, you must request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date. To request a refund, you must send an email to info@lifesuccessfoundation.com containing the following details:
- Date of Donation
- Donation Amount
- Transaction ID or Reference Number
- Payment Method used (UPI, Credit Card, etc.)
- A brief explanation of the error
4. Processing Time
All valid refund requests will be reviewed within 5 to 7 working days. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original source of payment within 10 to 15 working days, depending on the banking partner's processing time.
5. Cancellation of Monthly/Recurring Donations
If you have set up a recurring (monthly) donation, you reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will apply to future scheduled deductions. Any recurring payment that has already been successfully processed prior to cancellation will not be refunded.
